I have been going to 9 round for about 2 months now. I could not love the experience more! The workouts are amazing and so fun. The trainers are so helpful and welcoming. They greeted me by name after like 2 visits. It is an overall great experience and I could not recommend it more.

I love 9Round. It is a great place to workout and get your execise in for the day. I like how the trainers explain to you how to do the exercises at each round. I highly recommend going here if you are one of those people who go to a gym and walk around wondering what machine they should be working out on.

Very bad cancellation process. Staff is good, but the manager is trying to hide away and delay the whole process, and cause you much inconvenience. Came here two weeks ago to fill out the form to cancel due to moving to another city. Was told the manager gonna call me, waited two weeks until the next charge day is coming, but never received any response. Stopped by second time today, was told I must provide my new address to get approved. Totally INSANE! Very bad business!nnIf not canceled for me in 2 days, will definitely report to the Indiana State office, and Federal Trade Commission for their business FRAUD! And will definitely file lawsuit against them.nnNever come to this kind of business which is trying to steal your money and waste your valuable time. They keep charging you and don’t want you to cancel the membership NO MATTER WHAT. Ridiculous.
