This is hands-down, the BEST group of supportive coaches and athletes I’ve ever had the pleasure of spending my afternoons with. There are classes throughout the day to meet your busy schedule, great for kids, teens, and anyone who’s willing to walk in the door- oh, and there’s child care available, so new parents can get some “me time” too! This place is such a confidence booster, all you have to do is show up!

I've been a member at three CrossFit affiliates and Three Kings Athletics is the best. You'll find good people at every affiliate. What sets 3K's apart for me is the ownership. Bryn Jafri is the only owner in my experience who understands it's his job to make sure I get what I need from my time at the gym. He goes out of his way to accommodate your needs. The other owners never quite grasped their responsibility to their customers.
