Came to fix underground wiring. Repair worked for about thirty min. Called immediately. Took two months for them to return & they said they had already fixed it. Very rude people. Warning! Don't use.

Jodi acted with no class, very rude. She did not let me even speak before she spoke to me with an aggressive tone trying to make me feel incompetent. I have never written a review before but this bothered me that she could speak to another person the way she did. No one at front desk when walked in and decided to start blaming before asking any questions. After politely knocking before barely Sticking my head in (on an already wide open door, did not touch or open the door). Her customer (or employee) in lobby actually pointed me that way. The proper response to “Hi, how are you today?” Is not get defensive and get heated but rather to say “could you please check in with the front desk, she will be up there shortly if she wasn’t there when you walked in”. Simple manners is all that most people ask for in a conversation.

They installed a chandelier on a 20 foot ceiling. Finished assembling and installing the fixture in 1.5 hours! Also installed a dimmer switch. The price paid was very reasonable. Thanks!

scheduled for three bathroom fans/light to be installed. Both guys showed up on time and couldn't be more pleasant. Not only did they do the work in less time than they thought, the cost to do the job was very reasonable. I have found a lifetime electrician.

I asked Burtner for a quote on an investment property (duplex) in Indianapolis. I clearly explained that it was a tenant occupied duplex with a lockbox for contractors. The day he went to do the estimate one of the tenants refused to let him in. Unfortunately that's how it goes with tenants sometimes. He emailed me 48 hours later and said he didn't want the job and wouldn't give me a quote. It makes sense that he didn't want the job since a former employee posted a review and said he's racist..both tenants are black.
