Well sometimes they are open sometimes not. No one ever answers the phone. When u do call they are in such a hurry to get u off the phone as if ur bugging them. Never have brought my entire order. Always have to go back to get something they forgot. Really wish Broncos delivered and Pizza House would open before 4pm. Why should I have to file a claim?! Get better employees! Ur manager is RUDE
I just don’t quite understand the short coming of an employee being my fault. And no I don’t appreciate being called because someone else didn’t double check me. I am customer. Your customer service why did you call me back over 7 cents? I offered to bring there after btw? Sorry I didn’t tip it was a free pizza :) next time don’t call me because I missed 7 cents. Tell your employees to double check their work :) and don’t hang up on me while I’m apologizing. Won’t order pizza here again. Rather pay the 20 extra!
