Good service, friendly atmosphere, Liar's Bench out front like the old time barbershop used to be. Parking spot can be problematic at times, may have to walk a bit if no direct spots on hand. Usually a spot or more nearby unless in peak hours.
Went here just by chance, but I tell ya... the stars must have been aligned!! I’ve been in Indiana for almost 3 years now, and have been looking for a barber ( like the ones I grew up with...that your dad took you too since you were three years old till you bring your son in!) ever since. Great old school feel with great conversation. Seriously got the best cut I’ve had in years by Jeff the owner and third generation barber. Come up and experience this cool little shop!!
Come for the conversation, stay for the haircut. Or vise versa. 5 star cuts at 3 star prices in a traditional barber shop where the fellowship takes center stage. There are precious few shops like this that remain in operation. Take advantage of it while you can. Hours are posted, but if the pole outside is spinning Purkey is cutting hair.
