Great haircut at a good price. My hair stylist was friendly and professional. She did a very good job and was one of my better haircuts I've had. I had been to this location once before. I had a similarly good experience that time as well, which encouraged me to go back. If you haven't been to Sport Clips before, I would recommend. They have a multitude of TVs playing live sports viewable from every hair cut station. Getting the shampoo, hot towel, and head massage service is always worth the few extra dollars. They also will trim and clean up your facial hair. Despite being bearded, I haven't taken advantage of this service, as I've gotten pretty good at doing it myself.

They keep a record of how your hair was cut last time, very practical. You can change or modify how you want the cut done. Courteous and friendly.

I’m a loyal customer here, but I’m extremely disappointed the online check-in is pretty much a scam. I’ve even checked in online more than an hour in advance but the last three times I’ve been there I still had to wait 20 to 30 minutes it was a big joke and it totally messed up my whole day schedule. I finally just walked out today. I hope maybe the owners read this and realize I’m a very loyal customer I normally tip 30% to 100% but this is extremely poor management of this check in system
