Excellent coaching and students. Everyone is very welcoming and respectful. I like that they have a wide variety of skill levels and body types from new white belts to skilled black belts big, small, and everything in between. Everyone works hard to build each other up as a team, very family feeling atmosphere.

Impact has been a tremendous positive force in my family’s lifestyle. My children are not only building athletic ability and advancing their physical skill sets, they are also developing character strength and accountability. The coaches keep my kids engaged, treat them with respect and make training fun. The adult classes build my confidence, make me sweat and are coached well, making a beginner like myself able to keep up. The atmosphere is very welcoming and feels like a true community.

Such an incredibly inviting group/environment! Every experience I've had at impact thus far has taught me something valuable and made me feel closer to the folks there. Being someone with no background I felt welcomed with open arms right off the bat. If you're looking to become part of a family and a team this is absolutely the place.

This place is awesome! The coaches are all knowledgeable and experienced martial artists. The class sizes aren't too big, so you get a good amount of personal attention from the instructor. I've also made a lot of great friends not only with my classmates but with the coaches as well. 100% would recommend to anyone who is looking to train martial arts or combat sports. Oss!
