Fit Chicks!

This small group personal training studio is AMAZING!! One of the things that I love most about the studio is their nutrition coaching (is what I call it). The one on one nutrition assistance which consist of education about clean eating, planning and coaching, is top notch! It made all the difference for me in dropping over 100lbs. But also, don't let this quaint studio fool you. The trainers are all about fitness and the workouts are challenging at any level because they meet you where you are. Love, love, love this studio!

I have been going to Fit Chicks for about 15 months. I started going because I needed more weight-bearing exercises to battle osteoporosis. The community is great! I need accountability and they have it! I definitely feel stronger and my clothes fit better!!

Nutrition matters to me, because I know I cannot OUT EAT MY WORKOUT! If it wasn't for Fit Chicks' focus on nutrition as part of the program, I'd be floundering for real.nnI've fixed my diet since being at Fit Chicks, because I've learned how to eat healthy, good tasting food that's plant-based. And I don't need to be vegan or buy special stuff to eat right at Fit Chicks. Everything is at Kroger! YES, I love the 10 Food Rules and the one-on-one coaching sessions, too

Great place to work out! Very clean, friendly atmosphere and knowledgeable instructors! I enjoy the one stop shop for nutrition, physical workouts and even special events. I have made some really good friends all while getting healthy!nI look forward my workouts!

Trainers and management are wonderful!! ... personable and very knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition!! Fun community of women! If you are looking to lose weight, get stronger, get into shape ... this is absolutely THE PLACE TO BE!!
