Pushes and Pulls, LLC

Marsha and Steve are amazing, professional, knowledgeable, and fun! I have been coming to their studio for over 2 years and it has been life changing! They meet you where you are at and customize each session. I really appreciate their approach, which is unlike any other experience I have had in the past with gyms and personal trainers who were pushy and workouts that were boring. Stephen and Marsha adapt the various exercises to meet the needs and limitations of their clients, even in their classes. Each is treated as an individual. There is plenty of laughter during the classes — I know — laughter and exercising seem mutually exclusive, but not here. The classes are great and the individual sessions are amazing.
