Went online to schedule a covid-19 test. Got it scheduled and was at home waiting to go when it got cancelled and I was okay with that.nnBut then I received a new approval text message at 2:20 that my appointment for 3:20 was okay to come in.nnOnce I got there I was told that they did not have any tests available and I could not be taken. What in the world is going on?

CVS should be ashamed of themselves. I took my Covid test 15 days ago. Every person that I know that had gotten a test at ANY other location has had their results within a week. My kids go back to school In 4 days....they themselves could cause an outbreak at each of their 3 schools. They don’t have symptoms but I think it’s been proven that people can have it and transmit it and be asymptomatic. We will no longer be doing business with CVS.

I set up the appointment online. My daughter needed 2 vaccines and a flu shot. As soon as they saw we had medicaid they basically kicked us out. They newnBefore we got ther of her age and insurance.nThe reason I was told is because she is under 18!nWell why do you offer the service. Only to not provide the service?! The whole reason we were going to the minute clinic is that our doctor is not currently accepting patients ud83dude15 yet a week ago my son was in for a flu shot with zero issues. I think that we were misled and could have been called ahead of time to avoid this frustrating and embarrassing visit to CVS Noblesville.

They keep you on wait while the phone system is arguing with no idea while you are at the line calling for something the phone line system keeps you at least 30 minutes + it’s not good.

Had a confirmed appointment for a covid test and drove 20 miles here to find out that they weren't doing them. No text telling us we cant do appointment.
