Indigo Wellness Center

I love coming into indigo. The atmosphere and staff are very welcoming. They never fail to provide impeccable services and high quality relief. On top of that, I have been educated and walked out of the door learning something new every time.

I have only ever come here for chiro as they are one of the few places that take CHP. The parking is bad. I've not had issues with insurance or payments. They have text reminders for appointments which don't really help or hurt me, but could be a benefit to others. If you were searching for someone to provide care you might consider giving them a go.

The front desk is always so welcoming and friendly, sometimes we stay longer than our appointment just to chat. Not only do I get chiropractic care here for myself, but also both my children come here.(ages 10 & 13) My boys stay pretty active with sports, and get more attention from the doctors here then they do with their primary. I definitely recommend Indigo to both adults and children.

Blake is an awesome Chiropractor I highly recommend him but the billing department here as another reviewer has mentioned is subpar. Every time I went I paid my copay and they said insurance was covering the rest. I made a point of asking them every time because I can’t be hit with an unexpected bill being the sole bread winner of a family. Imagine my surprise when I get a call saying I owe something outrageous which they tried to sugarcoat saying they took a lot of charges off. I told them flat out I’m not paying that each time I came in I asked if it was covered and they assured me each time it was. I wasn’t even going to write this review but now I got a collection agency calling me on behalf of Indigo Wellness Center so here I am telling my story. Guess the Better Business Bureau is next to hear it.
