I love that the guy is open. The staff have been amazing friendly as alwYs and are working their booties off kerping it clean. Great job all!

I’ve typically had a great experience with Physiq Fitness, today was different. I understand that many things have changed and will continue to change due to Covid-19. Went to the downtown Salem location which the website indicates has adjusted hours showing that it was open today, nope. Went to the South Salem location to check in for the first time since the closure. As usual my 13-year-old son is with me on the weekends and I tried to check him in as a guest as I normally would. I pay for the premium membership with unlimited guest privileges. I was told that he couldn’t sign in as a guest because they were limiting the number of people in the gym for members only at this time. The solution offered to me was to sign him up on a temporary membership right then and there which would’ve cost me something like $10. I don’t understand the logic that he couldn’t come in as a guest but I could sign him up for a membership. either way he would still be an extra body in the gym. what sense does that make? Figure it out.

They put my account into collection even after communicating to them that I don't feel safe going to the gym because I live with my mother whom is at risk and most likely would not make it if she got covid. I always loved this gym before I knew how little they actually care about their members. I didn't even want to cancel I just wanted tonout the membership on hold till things got better. I also lost my job for a while during covid but do u think this gym cares? No!!! They only care about collecting their money. And never did i sign a contract with them knowing the new covid world! Very upsetting I would not recommend this money hungry gym to anyone. I will take my business to planet fitness instead I recommend u do the same

I really liked the SMART Start Assessment. I've struggled with my weight my entire life and the exercise world is something I'm totally clueless about. However, the SMART Start Assessment provided me with a total body look at the state of my current health. The trainer, Ally, went on to explain what everything was and what it meant. She helped me create a workout schedule and advice on healthy eating. I LOVE the classes you guys provide, especially the team training classes. They allow me to talk and work with a trainer in a group session without the cost of having a trainer. I've enjoyed doing Cardio Dance, Body Flow, and Yoga. Being apart of a group has really kept me motivated. The most important thing about this gym is that it truly is a judgment-free zone. I am overweight and I put off going to the gym because I was terrified about being embarrassed. I didn't want to be laughed at for not being able to keep up or do certain activities. I've NEVER felt that way here or at any of their locations. The class instructors, the trainers, Ally, have been amazing and truly care about helping you be the best you that you can be! I seriously recommend this gym to anyone and everyone!

The staff is great, they’ve all been really helpful. Lots of equipment so even when it’s busy there’s always something to use. I love the recovery room and all the classes they offer. All around a great place to workout.
