Yoga Escape

Yoga Escape is a place that allows you to be fully present and in tune with your body. It's a place that allows you to create more space, whether that be within your mind, body, and/or soul.nThe owner, Catherine, had a beautiful vision. She created a space that is welcoming, comfortable, healing, and allows each individual to come and explore or relax!nThere is something for everyone. There are beginning classes, rest and relax classes, power classes, Pilates, kids yoga, and prenatal yoga to mention a few! I love coming to this studio to receive. I highly recommend this place.

My family loves Yoga Escape! We brought my kids in for the kids yoga class, extremely pleased! They had so much fun and learned lots. Will definitely be attending more sessions. Highly recommend!!!

Every time I practice at Yoga Escape, I learn or experience something new. I might go deeper into a pose, or relax into meditation more easily, or more fully understand the importance of breath. Because - and this is key - Catherine has cultivated a warm, inviting and beautiful space and her style is so easy that I don't notice when I'm working harder. I don't realize I'm pushing myself until later, when I reflect back.nnI get the benefits of exercise (which, let's be real, I don't like) without feeling like I'm exercising and my mind, body and spirit have benefited immeasurably from this practice.

I adore Yoga Escape. Catherine's evening Rest and Relaxation classes have kept me together through a mentally tumultuous year. Tuesday's Pilates class with Elise are always a fun challenge, and I'm looking forward to adding some more classes into my schedule soon!
