This guy was right on the food with no mask, and continued to be after I voiced my concern. I wasn't able to get a picture of him handling food without gloves , but he was. If you are at all concerned about the virus I do not recommend this place. This was all in broad day light like no big deal. Virus or not He has no business that close to the food station.
I ordered online for carry out. My food was ready when I arrived and everything was correct. The staff was friendly and helpful. I recommend the rewards program that Jimmy John's has now as well!
I tried to order a delivery which was 1.5 miles down the road. Literary will take them less then 2 min to deliver from their location. Refused to accept my order. Will never use jimmy johns again. This is unacceptable
I love JJs and get it all the time, but wow - 45 minute delivery, pretty sure it’s on the wrong bread (way too thin..) and looks like someone made it with a ton of anger lol.
This is the SLOWEST Jimmy Johns - no matter what day or time of day. The staff are often rude as well; which adds another level to the frustration. The only way I’m able to get “freaky fast” service here is to order online about 45mins - 1 hour before I need it and walk into the store to pick it up.
