I have been going to the same gal, Miranda, since 2012. I like that each room is private, and Miranda is very laid back, easy to talk to, and does a nice job on my hair.
I've been getting my hair done by Jackee Green for years. She is amazing! She has saved my hair from box dye damage and cheap haircuts. She knows what my hair goals are before I do! I always leave the salon looking and feeling great! I would definitely recommend her to anyone!
Brittany Allen canceled my fiancé and his brothers appointment an hour before the scheduled time. We rescheduled with her for later in the week. My fiancé’s brother sat there for an hour waiting for her to text/call him back.. we received no response from her at all.. completely unprofessional.nnWe normally go to Kendra & she is absolutely fantastic but she is on maternity leave.
Katie S. No showed on my appointment and didn't answer my text or call. I hate how I can't leave a review on salon lofts page to warn others. I had to get a babysitter for my appointment and have a wedding in a week. She shouldn't have a job if she doesn't have the decency to even reply.
As we all know, it is difficult to find open slots for appointments with stylists. I scheduled an appointment online and was confirmed for Friday morning. Because I managed to get an appointment here, I gave up a much-coveted spot somewhere else. The stylist texted me later to say her availabilities are only for current clients and those referred to her by them. Some stylists have removed themselves from the online scheduling portal and require a phone call to make an appointment, but not this one. She takes the appointments only to cancel later if you aren't elite enough. I was referred to her but have no desire to conduct business with someone who is this unprofessional. At least have the decency to let potential clients know that available appointments are only for certain people on your scheduling portal.
