LOVED Matt! He was amazing. We’ve done yoga before, but not hot yoga. It was incredible, but wish it was closer to our home. We will continue to drop in as time allows. Thanks, Matt!!!

Sky and Matt are absolutely incredible and the studio is so calming and welcoming. This was my first time trying hot yoga and I have completely fallen in love with it! Sky explains every move and also offers modifications that challenge you (if you choose to try them!). As someone very new to yoga it has been incredibly helpful to have Sky and Matt explain the moves and even at times adjust my stances! I would 100% recommend this studio!
