I've seen a lot of trainers. Courtney and his group did a top notch job in increasing the strength and speed of my son. I would recommend if you want to get your son or daughter stronger or faster this is the place.

Love this place, high quality everything. The trainers are very knowledgeable about what really gets an athlete to the next level. I also see a lot of moms in the gym as well, so their reach goes beyond athletes.

Staff is very knowledgeable with their techniques and how to reach your goal. Clean, neat, and amazing atmosphere. Not difficult to get to from my job (38th and Keystone) or home (Fall Creek). I love the boot camps that they have on Wednesdays. They kick my butt and it's still fun! Dodge Ball Champs!!!! I would recommend anyone, from student athletes to the vintage crowd, to go a take a look at how they can help you. I've lost over 30lbs with my trainer Danny... and that's with Fibromyalgia.

Check this place out!!!!! I started with SPARX in November with a goal to tone and add strength training to my cardio workouts. I began seeing results immediately. I even added an extra night at the gym by attending the Wellness Wednesday Boot Camp they offered. SO MUCH FUN!!! My trainer, Courtney Roby, has pushed me past my plateaus and I'm now seeing even better results through improving my diet and workouts. If you're looking for a place to have fun and get fit with great trainers, this is the place!
