Brady & Sons Electricians

I called Brady and Sons to get a quote for putting in a new light fixture. I was transferred immediately to someone who could “better assist me” and after 1 minute on hold someone came on the phone and said, “Sorry we’re all booked up” and they hung up the phone. I wasn’t even given a chance to respond and was just essentially hung up on. Thought it was strange and a little sad that they wouldn’t want the business. Oh well. On to the next business that would like to make money.

Tom was at my home on time and with everything he needed to install new lights. Wanted to shared my experience. Thanks for providing honest service.
