Would give it no stars if I could! The service at this CVS is really slow and you could be waiting in line for your scripts for well over an hour. Then when you finally do get to the window, there’s almost always a problem with your script or with the way your script was sent in is what they say or they ran out of that Med. Also good luck getting recompensated for meds you had to pay for out of pocket when their system won’t pull up your insurance. When you go back a prove it to them, they say it will only allow back to 14 days!! Also will tell you your Med for diabetic testing supplies will need a prior authorization every time you refill when not the case at all! Do not waste your time with this poorly run pharmacy and go somewhere else. These people are not efficient at all.

DO NOT get COVID testing at CVS because it is unsafe and most likely unreliable. This test is self administered which is the least reliable of all tests. You have to put your test in a box that is outside. Tests should be kept at room temp. 1. You may be touching other specimens and a contaminated box touched by sick COVID patients! This is unsafe! These tests are also sitting in the hot sun which will prob negate the test and give you false results. 2. I have been waiting 2 weeks for the results and no attempt has been made to reach out. I waited an hour on the phone for customer service who was rude and the connection was terrible. The agent would not call me back and said she would move my results forward. Didn’t happen. Do not risk your health and safety with CVS. THIS SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!

Pharmacy customer service is awful! Missy, pharmacy technician, had lied over the phone. I came to store and she was very upset when I asked her name because I was trying to read her name from her name tag.

Manager is horrible. Had an issue with my online photo order. The young man at checkout was more than accommodating and told me numerous times if it took a few minutes after closing to get my photos printed, it was more than fine. Tammy came to the front shut the lights off and photo printers and asked how much long I would be bc she had to get home. What ever happened to customer service? Shopped there for 14 years but will take my business somewhere else.

Pharmacy has extremely poor customer service. I might be forced to use CVS through my insurance, but I will be going out of my way to use a different location.
