Staff is always friendly. Order is always correct. BUT my food is almost never fresh. You can tell when food has been under a heat lamp for a period of time. The main thing I visit McDonald's for is the fries. Fries are always warm never hot. No sense in complaining. This is the normal business model for most of my visits to most McDonald's locations.

My patronage at this McDonald’s is only due to locale and convenience, but bunk all that, I will literally now go to 96th St (because 116th by Target isn’t all that great either) if I need simple food/drinks comforts as this one constantly gets simple food/drink comfort orders wrong. No use going to corporate who will direct you to franchise support, which is essentially non existent. Crew members have better customer service than the managers where we do that at? Oh, the McDonald’s on Fishers Crossing that’s where. ud83dude21
Worst service I’ve ever had. They didn’t even say one word to me when I came around to pay and grab my food
