Reba is fantastic, so friendly, and informative, great customer service! Reba explained all the details and processes of renting a storage unit, and didn't make me feel rushed as some other properties have during my search. The property is clean, well lit, and the prices are great. I highly recommend this location.

We recently moved to the area and needed a small unit for storage. From the call to determine availability thru the completion of signing the agreement with PS, our experience was phenomenal! The facility was clean, well-lit, and in an accessible location. Ms. Reba explained our options. Asked key questions to ensure we got the best space and walked/talked us through the whole process. The customer service provided by Ms. Reba is topnotch.
I’ve been transitioning from Brooklyn to Indianapolis, and using Public Storage has been the easiest part! The manager, Reba, has been so helpful as I coordinate a drop off from long-distance movers. When I let her know my plan, she remembered me and my needs. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
