We had several fluorescent light fixtures replaced with LED cans and Diego came out. Diego was great, quick thorough, net and clean. The lights he installed were too warm of a tone and he said they could easily replace them. Diego came out a week later and replaced all the lights and they look great.

I purchased a dishwasher and the wire from the wall to the dishwasher was in really bad shape. I contacted Zap Electric through their website messaging. I contacted them on a weekend and they responded quickly. I did not have an emergency and they said they would call me on Monday. The service was very friendly, prompt and professional. He fixed my issue quickly. I felt great knowing a professional like this was helping me. I highly recommend this company. I will be calling them again for any issues that come up.

ZAP has done two jobs for us. Back in June they installed a new outlet for our spa. While here they helped us adjust a step we built. Yesterday we had a new dryer delivered and the installers couldn’t finish up because it had the old range type plug-in. So while they were explaining this, I called ZAP again because we were so pleased by our first experience with them. The owner said he would try to get us help by the afternoon if he could. He was able to get Carlos out to us by mid afternoon and he instead the new plug and finished installation of our dryer. While here we asked if he could check out the cfgi plug-in on the deck and install one in the kitchen to replace the standard plug. He was happy to help us with this extra request.nThey have been so helpful and I believe reasonably priced that I would recommend ZAP to my friends and family that needs electrical work done.

I’m new to the Salem and found ZAP Electric on google after reading good reviews. I’m very happy with the service they provided. Vaughn was flexible with my hectic schedule, and was very friendly every time I had to call him to reschedule. He and Diego got all of the work done quickly and efficiently at a very reasonable rate. I was so pleased with their work and the price, that I ended up hiring them again for a second job. They were very professional on both occasions.
