They’ve never gotten it wrong and are always fast!
Over $17 for large sub and drink. That's sit down restaurant prices.
Took half an hour for them to make 4 simple sandwiches for pickup. Not freaky fast!
The absolute worst Jimmy John's I've ever patronized. Have ordered delivery three times over the past year and 2/3 of the orders have either not shown up, or been 20 minutes late AND incorrect after being told over the phone they had 0 deliveries currently. I live 2.1 miles from the store. The first time we waited almost 2 hours for the sandwiches, and when I called they hadn't even been made yet. So I cancelled the order. Second time was fine. This time (3rd) they said they had 0 deliveries currently so the sandwiches would be here at 2:50. Showed up at 3:15, and the order was incorrect. It was 2 basic sandwiches. Not exactly rocket science. So I called back and was promised a remade sandwich. That was 15 minutes ago (2.1 miles from the store) and we're still waiting for our sandwiches so we can eat and leave. I'll never patronize this store again. I hope the franchise owner sees this.
