will never come back to this restaurant, I love the food, but the staff of this location was very RUDE. Door was open, light signal Open was on, and they restaurant store mention they close at 10PM, and the staff mentioned they can't placed the order because they are closed!!!! What?? Why the door is unlocked?? A staff member see me go to the cashier to placed a order, why never said that are closed or welcome..really bad services, never come back again to This location... I prefer driving far to another location.... Avoid going to this location
Always great pizza. My only complaint is that I often see the guys making pizza without sanitary food-prep gloves.
We had a very relaxing dinner. Great food. They accommodated my stomach surgery and allowed me to order kids. I will go back soon.
I love Puccini’s... food. I live right next door. Order carry out all the time. 3 out of 5 times they mess up the order. This time, I ordered, waited 30 minutes to pick my order up, and only when I got there they tell me they are out of what I ordered. This happens so frequently I may just call a 2nd time before I come to make sure everything is there. It’s a shame. Nothing is ever offered for your wait or their mistake. Always still full price even if you wait 20 additional minutes. The owners recipes are so good that it doesn’t matter if the employees care or not - the food is still good.
Ordered carry out. When I got home, the lasagna was burnt to a literal crisp. It was hard as a rock. You could not even cut into the lasagna. The noodles and cheese were hard as a rock. I wish I could get a refund!
