Very busy as they have limited employees, wait time may be a bit longer during 'rush hours', but good respectul staff, make good Pizza Hut food.nnUPDATE: After reading several reviews, I am seeing the same thing. We are in the middle of a pandemic, which is being aggravated further by politics. Of course things are going to be delayed. Some people feel the need to gripe because their food isn't ready on time. Newsflash: With some exceptions, and it's usually food that isn't as popular, your food will probably NOT be ready on time. Write the reviews on the food and the staff, and don't wait until the last minute to order. For things like Pizza Hut pizza, we'll, there will probably be a long wait. Otherwise let's everyone give everyone else a 1 rating and be done with it. Nonsense. Don't be surprised if your food isn't on time, that will probably be the case. Nothing original or new to see here.

Terrible. One person working, over 45min delay on a single pie carryout? I felt bad for the employee but how do you run a business with one person? Also how do you safely run a food business with one person in the aspect of touching computer screens, receipts, credit cards AND than cooking our pizza (no gloves I might add)? I Will probably return as I love Pizza Hut but fair warning to the owner as these are very uncertain times for the restaurant industry and would hate to see a small business close. Good luck .

I don't know why I keep giving Pizza Hut a chance. Ordered 1 pizza, pasta, and breadsticks at 6:15. Got a notification on my phone at 6:39 that my food was out for delivery. Here it is 7:48 and still no food. Will not buy from here again

If I could rate 0/5 I would. This was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with Pizza Hut. I ordered my food at 6:30pm and didn’t receive it until 8:30pm even though the delivery estimated time was 35-45 minutes. I tried calling them to see what the status of my food was and was on hold every time I called. I never got a real person on the phone after attempting to call 6 different times. Each time I was on hold for more than 8 minutes. The delivery driver finally called me while I was on hold with Pizza Hut and stated that he couldn’t find my apartment. He stated that it didn’t list the building number or apartment number even though I specifically put in the delivery instructions which building and the apartment number was the address number itself. Finally when I received the food, 2 hours later, everything was barley warm. The breadsticks and cinnamon sticks were stale and cold and the pizza looked like it had been squashed. Was the worst pizza I had ever had from Pizza Hut as well as the worst experience ever. Pizza Hut used to be my favorite place to order from but now I’m not so sure.
