I had my first experience at KKBB - Carmel yesterday and it was fabulous! What a cool place, love the vibe and especially loved the fact that my stylist, Bailey, spent so much time and attention on my hair. I had her highlight and cut my already short, sassy hair and she did a tremendous job. This salon really knows how to train their stylists. I felt like a VIP waiting in the courtyard while my hair processed. Great atmosphere, products and overall vibe. Everyone there is so nice and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bailey! I've already booked my next appointment and am looking forward to it!
I moved to this area about 5 years ago and during that time I couldn’t find a hairstylist who could deal with my hair texture. I would always leave the salon disappointed! I took a chance on this salon due to the raving reviews and this is the happiest I’ve been from a salon visit in awhile! I initially went in for a color with Drake who nailed exactly what I was looking for then he suggested a curly cut with one of their stylists. As soon as I sat down for the curly cut, I had to barely explain what I wanted before Cassi listed everything I had on my mind. Not going to lie, I was skeptical my hair may not come out the way imagined but after it was dried, I was left with bouncy, healthy, volumized curls. I felt like a new person! After both visits to the salon, I was left satisfied and happy with the money I spent because it meant I got what I wanted! Their customer service is amazing, the stylists are very personable and friendly, and they’ll take good care of you.
Reception was amazing and accommodating. Their COVID process was done very well. Julie, my stylist, was perfect-very informative and descriptive with everything as she was going along. Open to giving me much needed recommendations and just great all around. Seriously the best salon experience I’ve ever had, that it made me actually want to write a description review.
Love this place! Reception is always to kind and welcoming! Cassie is the absolute best! She has done my hair for two years now and I always walk out excited about my cut! She listens and is honest about your hair and what will work and not work! Can't get over how much I love this Salon!
Best cut and color for my curly hair I've ever had. Work with Cassi. She is amazing. I would highly recommend her for curly haired people. The only reason I did not give the salon 5 stars is because they are too expensive. My first appt was 130.00,which is doable and the price I'm used to, but every appointment since has been over 200 dollars. One time I bought products, so that kinda makes some sense. This last one I added a moisturizer to the hair color for winter frizz, but I don't think that should have cost 70 dollars! The pricing isn't evident and the receipts only have the total. I love this stylist and salon, but think I am going to have to space my cuts out further than I need in order to afford it.
