Inner You

I’ve been taking a barre class here for a few weeks. The class sizes are smaller than other studios - a plus! - and the workout is a challenge in a good way. The instructor is great and the rest of the staff is very nice. I’m looking forward to trying some other classes.

Love Reformer classes @ Inner You. I enjoy having different instructors. I love that each instructor offers a variety of exercises every time. No class is ever the same so I never get bored and I always get a good workout. I truly hate to exercise and I find that Pilates is fun. The fact I want to go to class is huge for me. I am not an exercise diva - I am overweight, 64 and I highly recommend trying Inner You - no matter your age, no matter your level of fitness...just do it. I am down 30 lbs, stronger than I’ve been in years and I just feel better.

I take Cindy's Reformer class. Her class is just wonderful! Good for all levels of experience. You get it all in this class: stretching, strength, core work, cardio. Everyone is so friendly as well! My favorite place to work out!

Fabulous place to do reformer!! Facility is clean and refreshing. Every class is different- I always leave feeling like I had a great workout!

I love the Piyo class! With the holidays this week, I was the only one to attend last night's class and Tracy gave me a one on one session! We had so much fun and I'm definitely feeling it today!
