LIVINGFIT RX

I have use LivingFit Rx for 3 years. Staff is great! Friendly and encouraging. But more important, knowledgeable of not just equipment but assessing my bodies needs and working to increase my strength and flexibility. My cardiovascular function has immensely improved. I highly recommend them.

We love, love, love our coaches and friends (Debi, Kim, and Michelle), the studio, and of course I'd better say, the exercise! We have worked out as a couple for 5 years here at LivingFit Rx and appreciate the workout on the Power Plate - how all muscle groups can be strengthened in HALF the time as the same effort put forth on the floor. We might be weary, but we are not sore.nBesides strength, our trainer works us on balance, endurance, flexibility and cardio. They are all natural at laughter and story-telling, so we really work out the good-times muscle too! We always look forward to our work-out session.

Where do I begin! Debi and her staff are simply amazing, they are not only kind and thoughtful but they are also incredibly knowledgeable in everything relating to physical fitness and agility. When I began Debi's personalized program I was walking with a cane and often needed the use of a wheelchair - however, now I don't use nor do I need either of them! Thank you, Debi for everything that you have done to help get mobile again! You are simply the best!

Debi and her staff are top notch. Very knowledgeable and genuinely concerned with your journey toward good health. Their new bone density building equipment is state of the art !!!
