I was looking for a yoga studio that was small and focused on teaching proper technique and understanding of yoga. This place is all that and more! Have felt welcome and comfortable from my first visit.

Very friendly welcoming environment with so many classes and times to choose from. I’ve enjoyed every instructor that I’ve tried.

I have been attending yoga classes at The Hub for two years and I love it. There’s a good variety of levels and styles as well as fabulous instructors. I encourage anyone to join whether experienced or a complete novice - no judgement here!

A truly lovely place that’s simple and beautiful. The teachers meet you where you are and there are zero worries about skill level. I also think it’s amazing they don’t change to borrow a mat or equipment for a class. It really shows where their intentions are.
