Excellent set-up and the warmth is palpable. The trainers are very well-informed and vigilant of your needs and capability. They push you to give your best and boost your motivation levels. Highly recommended above any typical gym set up.
This gym is a true family of people pushing themselves and others to be better. There is no judgement, no intimidation. The on ramp course does a great job of slowly introducing you to CrossFit movements. Safety is paramount here and along the way, you make great friends and accomplish more than you ever thought you could !
My husband and I love being a part of this fitness community! The facility and coaches are amazing! They meet you where you are in your fitness journey and help you meet your personal goals! Come check it out, you will not be disappointed!!
