I can honestly say the day I walked into Eat the Frog my life changed. The faculty is world class, the staff is professional, the programs have lead to significant physical and mental changes. Starting from the top Daniel Frausto and every coach at the frog Is invested and inspiring! One of the biggest motivators is the frog community. They welcomed and me from day one and I’m proud to be part of such and amazing group of people.

I have loved being a small part of a good thing getting going here. Eat the Frog has great support from its owner, Daniel and his team. So personal, and real grass roots in growing the brand. The entire team walks the walk. Coaches are great, class offerings are diverse and the virtual option is a real game changer. Challenging for any level.... always modifications as well as amplifications. I feel it is a fantastic full body fitness refining that i always find a new challenge in and way to push myself.

I really enjoy working out at Eat the Frog. The staff members are incredibly kind and welcoming. The coaches are motivating and always willing to help. This studio will make you feel at home regardless of your fitness level or gym experience. I love the flexibility of class schedules, including 24 hour access. The equipment is top of the line, and the studio is always spotless.nnI never thought I could get excited about working out at 5am, but it is a great way to start the day!
