I can't say enough about my journey with Phil at Stockton Training Grounds. He provides physical training and nutritional expertise, accountability and motivation. Every workout is different and tailored to my goals and needs. The trainers and the facility/equipment are top-notch. The knowledge I've gained and the effective workouts pushed me to be in the best shape of my life. I highly recommend.

I started training with Phil right before the lock down. We started back up when measures were lifted. Phil targets my weak areas and my back and knees are now pain free. Phil gives me extra things to do at home that are very helpful to keep me motivated between sessions. Phil guides me on form and technique and teaches me dynamic exercises to keep each session different! Love. This. Place. Boot camps are awesome too.

Phil and his team are as good as you can get. His passion for fitness, nutrition, goal achievement and innovation really put his personal training and facility in a league of its own. As a former athlete and avid golfer, Phil really crafted a program for success based on my background (including injuries) and goals. He challenges me every workout contributing to the best fitness results I’ve ever achieved. 100% recommend Stockton Training Grounds for anyone looking to achieve goals and do it with one of the best in the biz.

Phil is an excellent trainer - he customizes his workouts to meet the needs of who is is working with. He has trained my teenage athlete focusing on what she needs to become stronger for her sport. I personally have worked out with several trainers in the past and Can say that he definitely knows what he is doing and does a great job encouraging me and helping me get stronger!

Great Gym! Phil created a personalized routine for me based on my body type. 99% of the times when I worked out, we had the gym completely to ourselves. He worked with my hectic work and travel schedule and made sure I was happy. Great trainer and a great gym.
