Classes are modified for participants at any level and all staff members are so friendly.

I just started Pilates after many years. Becca and Joy have been my instructors and they are awesome.

Beautiful studio, knowledgable (and fun) instructors. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. There are different instructors for different levels - something for everyone! Challenging positions with some, athletic with another, and very basic and detailed for the beginner with others. Love this studio! Have been going for many years!

Reforming Indy is great. I've been to 2 reformer classes so far and I've enjoyed them both for different reasons. The trainers don't follow the same routines and they focus on different things. My first class with Tanner was very focused on form and flexibility. My second class with Maica was more intense and focused on strength.nCheck out one of their classes - you won't regret it!
