They do okay. I feel like they're a mediocre starbucks compare to others. Obivously some staff are tremendous but others are not great a prioritizing. Also, I go to this location before going to work and have been caught off guard multiple times that they are closed for the day due to who knows what. Wasn't on a voting day or holiday either. Just closed with no excuse. Why are they closed so much?
Horrible customer service.nThey ignore you at the drive thru and the pick up window. No signs saying whether they were closed or not, and still 3 different employees didn’t have the decency to pull up the window and tell me that!
I only go her cause my daughter loves to spend my money
the people here and so nice and never fail to make me laugh. the service is great, and there has only been one time I had to wait a while for my drink. the inside is very neat and very soothing to do work inside.
Extremely unhelpful when purchasing a drink off of the app so I wasted money on a drink I never got.
