They're not enforcing mask mandates. Employees don't wear them either. One employee came around the counter to check something and got up in my face to talk without a mask.

Most of the people that work here very obviously have no customer service training, or didn’t pay attention during orientation. Employees will just completely ignore you while cashing you out so they can continue their personal conversations with other co workers.

Nice newer gas station and convenience store. Very convenient right off the exit.

Manager needed to show cashier how to put in a discount for a purchase and no where to be found. Have been waiting for the past 15 minutes and still not showing up. Worst place I have been as far as customer service!!!!nEmployees not well trained, not trying to resolve the issue, and management not around!nWill not recomend anyone to buy here due to staff not caring about their customers.

I would absolutely rate worse if possible, I have never experienced this kind of behavior at a gas station / convenient store.nnThe staff here is complete and utterly lazy / no care in the world. The woman on the main register is to busy playing on her phone and worrying about everyone else, scans about 6-7 items I have placed on the counter then proceeds to tell me to have a nice day without offering a bag or anything.nnI asked if I could have a bag if anything i’ll do it myself since they’re acting lazy, it took her a good 3-4 minutes to get me a bag with a serious attitude.nnI would never come back here even if fuel was free.nThe experience I have received today was enough for me to just go to the competitors across the road.
