This store is not being compliant with COVID restrictions. Lots of unmasked people loitering by the entrance. I was approached by one of them before I I even got out of my car. The place is beyond disgusting. No social distancing set in place. Avoid going there
I normally get carded only by one representative. And she says the computer always ask for my ID when every time she is not there on either register I never get asked for my ID and I've been there many times damn near everyday. I'm starting to feel some harassment going on. My family member works at another 7-Eleven branch and she also says the same thing that she is just harassing me.
Husband and i wanted a slurpee, went to our local 7 eleven and when i filled up my slurpee cup there was something black floating in my cup from the slurpee machine. Yuck! I peeked around the corner from the machine and it was filthy! Almost like it's never been cleaned. Walked right out and won't be back! I'll take my business to plaid pantry!
The owner of the place was very rude and embarrassed me by yelling at me for not understanding me. I felt as if I couldn't ask him questions cuz he made me feel dumb.
Very rude and slow customer service. Cashier almost told me that I couldn't buy coffee cuase I grabbed more than one cup. Sorry your cups are cheap and I'm just trying to not burn my hands. To top it off I think it was the manager for the store! Definitely not going there again. If you want to be disrespected first thing in the morning. Come to this 711.
