( awful pharmacy) I needed my medicine filled, so rude employees work there.im switching back to west salem. At least they have customer service! Blown away how they treat my wife and myself. We need are medicine for health reasons.

They are FedEx shipping site is a disaster at the store. They had placed my package in the outgoing instead of incoming and I waited at the store for an hour and 45 minutes for a delivery truck while the package was at the store the whole time. I had to come back the next day for the package which they first said was not available because it was in the wrong place. I waited on hold on the phone for a very long time to learn this. They made me stand at the photo booth while I watched Numerous customers who came in to the store long after I did come and go while I was ignored even though they acknowledge that I was there. Most inefficient, uncaring and lax attitude I ever saw.

AWFUL PHARMACY!!!! Terrible customer service from 3 different employees I had to deal with!! They didn’t give me a full prescription of a medication and told me the remainder would be ready in 3 days, got a text it was ready and it wasn’t there when I went to get it. They then told me it would be a week! When I called a few days later to verify it was in, after getting ANOTHER notification it was in, the woman on the phone continued to speak over me and interrupt me! AND it still wasn’t in! The drive through employees were snappy and short and seem to absolutely hate their jobs. I would not recommend this store or pharmacy to anyone!!
