Rite Aid

I'm a college kid here in Salem, and about a month ago I tested positive for COVID and was stuck in isolation. At the same time, I needed a prescription refilled, but I couldn't go to the store to get it. Shout out to Ashley and Stephanie, who both helped coordinate the delivery of my medication! The process and delivery were smooth. I'll continue to use Rite Aid as long as I'm in Salem!

Do not shop here if you want decent customer service, I was helped by Krista and she needs a refresher on the training... I purchased 1 item and before I could even ask why , my ID was taken out of my hand and scanned... i would have gladly taken my business elsewhere.

Customer service was not so nice. Cashier lady was rude and when I gave it back at her she just didn't understand. I told her maybe she should work on being polite to customers! Some of us older ones are tired!!! Of rude, disrespectful service.

Here for the 3rd time (wasn’t ready either of the times they said it would be) to pick up a prescription. It’s AFTER 9, but their window is closed, no one answering the phone and unresponsive to the bell they have a SIGN to ring! Ridiculous!

Just like any other store, nothing special, nothing bad.
