Random kind customer in line before me had paid with cash and his change was $4.88, and before the cashier had made change and handed it out the guy told me I could use his change for my purchase. The cashier heard the exchange between the man and myself but when the cashier rang my items up he wouldn't apply the money that the man had left for me. He kept telling me no, no, and with his heavy accent he basically said that that man leaves money all the time and it's a tip for HIM.nHe acted like I didn't understand and he couldn't speak English

Best neighborhood market around ! Run by a super friendly family, they carry a ton of stuff and the prices are great. Give the samosas and other Indian food a try, it really is awesome !

Update your correct hours of operation on the relevant sites. It useless to drop by to by something with the understanding it will be open the see that the owner just decides to change when they want to open.
