My daughter loves this store. It's a little store which I dont really like , but I will keep taking my daughter there. The staff is amazing. Great job Hot topic on your customer service.

Maybe I dont look like the typical shopper here but nobody ever talks to me whenever I go here. I always buy things but I'm treated differently probably because I no longer dress in band tees every day and dont have blue hair and a face full of piercings. Other hot topics arent like this but I feel like the workers are not friendly and are judgmental

Always a helpful cheery staff and exchanges are always quick and easy, it can get crowded alot of the time though

Lots of cool stuff but not always of the highest quality. The websites have more fandoms to choose from, and if yours is pretty obscure, there's probably only a couple things in the store for you. The employees are usually pretty nice.
