Torrid

Always fabulous. Its the best place for a plus size lady to get clothes or just feel good about herself. Took my mom on a shopping trip for her birthday we had a very fun time I wish they had a bigger store. It is always expensive but the product is very good quality. Lasts a great deal longer then any other plus size clothes I have gotten from other stores or other brands. Whenever I need to treat myself I go Torrid first!

I like the customer service here, but in all fairness, this is a very small location. I feel like it would be better in a bigger suite at the ever-evolving Downtown Center. I'm not sure how this is conducive to long-term business. The ladies here are very nice and helpful, though. I was hoping to come in and see Ashley Graham. No such luck.

The gals working were so helpful and nice they help me come up with an alternative to what I was looking for.

I usually love going to Torrid but the woman with dark brown/ black hair with bangs made me feel so low and ashamed to even try anything on. I like coming here because of the diverse sizes but left feeling so horrible about myself because of her actions and attitude. I will probably not come back to this location

Excellent customer service and good prices. I took my developmentally disabled daughter in to find a dress for Night to Shine. They took such good care of us and worked so well with my daughter, we will surely go back.
