Always keep my stuff
I certainly will in the future, use another place if I need to store anything. Their prices on their units are outrageous compared to the other storage places in my area. The late fees are ridiculous and most of the women working there are just ready to get you out the door....I've had to remind them on 2 seperate occasions to give me my receipt. They also are very rude when they call to let you know your payment is due. I will never use them again because I've spent a lot of moneyon 4 units in 3 years. They really need to work on customer service as well lowering the prices on the units.
THEY DONT HAVE CAMERAS!!!!!!!!! I don't think you should make people think you have cameras at all your locations .. I don't think that is right at all!!! Here i have storage unit on Horton st. on every storage unit as soon as you pull up to the gates. I have my stuff at that location because it was convenient for where i was moving from and going too... My stuff might not have money value but I was not informed until my unit got broken into that didn't have cameras... Because i was so excited and asked the lady did you cath the person she clearly says we don't have cameras at that location!!!!! WHAT!!! How does an ordinary renter or person know you have or don't have cameras. And if you don't have the money and its just a scare tactic let your renters know there stuff is not really protected!!!!!
