Had storage unit there for around five years and they sent me a letter out of the blue claiming I was several hundred dollars behind because I had left my payment in there drop box and they had not picked it up because they had changed there payment process from a drop box to having to mail a money order to a PO Box. Called them and let them know I had made my payment and they said that it was all good. 6 months later I receive a letter with my previous 6 months worth of payments stating that they had “cleaned out” our unit back in February when they sent the first letter. So after around 5 years or so of making rent payments to them they thank me by stealing all my stuff that was in there. Which unfortunately included the few items I had that belonged to my deceased mother and grandparents. Very unprofessional business owners. Do your self a favor and stick to Stor-a-way. At least they handle there business and give you plenty of easy payment options.
