Terrible! Missing food, No straws & was rude
Fast friendly staff very helpful low prices
We had a small order. We had to wait at the 2nd pick up window. Then, it wasn't right. I went in to have it corrected and the employee seemed confused. Another employee was cussing in the back. Going downhill quickly with nothing but kids working.
Usually not one to complain. But we waited a half an hour for 2 sandwiches. We went in to get the food after waiting, they were standing around talking and told us they were too busy to bring it out to us after having us go into reserves parking to wait. Must be difficult to get into the working spirit when everyone is in pajamas hahaha
There has been a lot of improvement since the new building. The food is better quality and the service is much more accurate. However, if you're going to have two lines for order taking, you have to use both windows to hand food out. Otherwise, I actually makes things run slower than with just one of each. That's like trying to pour more water through the same sized funnel.
