I can eat inside..lol

Took forever in line but the staff was friendly

I go here a lot just because my kids like Happy Meals. All parents know why that is because of a rinkeydink toy but all and all they enjoy it to the fullest!

On August 9th, 2020 at about 6:45pm I took my family to McDonald’s to pick up a mobile order with plans to take my children to the park. I pulled into mobile order spot #3 and I checked in as instructed on the app. After about 5 minutes a car pulls beside me into mobile order spot #4. About 7 minutes later An African-American male came outside with four bags. I had a fairly large order (18items) so I instantly thought that was my order but The gentleman took the bags to mobile spot #4 And retreated back inside of the building. Meanwhile my three-year-old daughter who was sitting behind me in her car seat told me that she needed to use the restroom. I looked over at the people in the car beside me and they were going through their bags. About five more minutes pass and the same male came back out of the restaurant and asked me if I had a large order and I said yes. The people in the mobile spot beside me also informed him that their order was not correct. The employee went back inside and a few minutes later he came back outside with 2 more bags. He informed me that both orders were mixed up and he gave my order to the car in mobile spot #4. He then said his manager wanted to know if I would take the order that was given to mobile spot #4. I told him i was sorry but I didn’t think it was safe due to covid since they had my food in their possession for several minutes and I watched them dig through the bags. The employee agreed and gave mobile spot #4 their correct order and allowed them to keep both orders. The employee then apologized for the mix up and told me it would be a little bit longer because they had to remake my order. At this point my daughter is starting to cry because she needs to use the restroom so I asked him if I could take her inside to use the restroom and he said sure. He went inside and I quickly grabbed my daughter from her car seat and took her inside. When I walked inside towards the restroom the manager on duty stopped me and said the dinning area was closed and I needed to leave. I told her that I had the mixed up order and my daughter really needed to use the restroom before she peed on herself. We had been waiting 30 minutes at this point. She told me no and I needed to go back to my car to wait on my order. I went to my car and my daughter peed on herself wile we waited in the car for another 10 minutes. To add insult to injury after waiting well over 35 minutes my order was still completely wrong. I did make contact with another manager that they were sorry and the situation was handled.

Food was good. Fries were iffy but not terrible. Service was decent. A little snow tho
