Really great initial meeting getting quotes for tires. Both Amy and Nick were wonderful in ordering the tires so fast and getting me a great price. Everything was 5 stars until a different person at the counter turned things a bit sour. I went to pay my bill and she had added an extra $200 to the figure I was quoted. When I questioned this and brought out the original quote (which I had kept), she became irritated and short with me. There was a huge tire on the floor in front of the counter where you have to put your card in a machine, I couldn't get easily to the machine and so moved the tire a little. Well this must have snapped a thread in her because she was not very professional after that. No apology over the huge financial mistake either.nSo, without this person, I would give 5 stars for everyone else who works there.nVery professional, fast and clearly know what they are doing when it comes to tires.

Picked up a screw. Walked in alone with my three special needs children. Said they were behind (they always say that) and it would be 1 to 2 hours and suggested we walk to lunch. It was 9 a.m. They fixed it for free and pulled it right up to the curb for us. Bathrooms were handy and clean.

This is my lesschwab! The guys here are amazing! Don the manager is so professional and super kind. Don and his team are always willing to extend credit and have even helped with a late payment or 2 since I have been a customer for over 30 yrs. Service is always fast,professional. Some of these guys have been here for long time and WOW it shows in how they treat a lady! Best place in town for tires,brakes. They really try to help and accommodate anyone who may need extra help. To get u safely on road again. Dont be afriad to ask these guys for help they will treat u right. Great job everyone.

Our college student just went in with a low tire and asked to have it checked. The gal assisting her put air in and told her she needs to get her tire checked at a later date and sent her on her way. The whole point of this visit was to have the tire checked. We live in a different state and are not there to help our daughter. We were trusting your store to help and they did not. We are so disappointed and have told our college student to not return to this store. We will find a different tire shop in the area to help with this issue.
