From the call for an estimate through pick up it was a great experience all around as a customer. Professional and personable at the same time. Robbie helped me and was clearly very knowledgeable, honest and efficient. I will definitely return for any future window work. Took our SUV in to have the rear glass replaced. Job was done in a timely manner. A few days later had an issue with the door and Action immeditatly remidied the issue and here we are. Giving an honest review to an honest business.

These guys were super awesome!! I needed my entire rearview mirror installed and called ms glass shop they tried to charge me $25. So I called Robbie and he said to bring it in. Not only did he go the extra mile and make sure the waiting room was nice and warm for my 9 month old and I while we waited (it was a very cold rainy day) they installed the mirror free of charge!!! I'm definitely going there for any other glass needs we may have in the future!!
