It's almost as if they just don't care...
My food was fine but my friends food was terrible, and they didn’t even ask us for drinks
So so slow. This is supposed to be fast food. 20+ mins in drive thru is ridiculous!
Kiosk was out of order but the friendly staff happily helped. Meal came out fast, hot, and no issues.
Messed up our order. Again. Which, at this point doesn't surprise me. I guess you get what you pay for, or in this case, you don't get what you pay for. You don't pay for good service, just quick, cheap food. You don't pay for them to take the time to get your order right. That's why it's so cheap. Though, you'd think that as many years as it's been on the menu, they'd remember to put cheese on the filet-o-fish. Good thing is, that was the only mistake. This time.
