If you need a transmission repair or just a maintenance service, Salem Transmission is the place to go. Rick is a great guy, who runs and owns a great business. Rick and his team were professional, from start to finish. I went in for a quote, and happened to talk with Rick himself. He fully explained the service, and informed me of any possible issues that could arise. And better yet, he explained it in a way I could understand. He then quoted me a price and let me know when I could come in. I did my homework, and found that Salem Transmission was the best choice. When I scheduled my appointment I spoke with Dan, who was kind and informative on the phone. When I came in for the appointment at 8:30, the team was ready to go. I walked to Black Sheep Cafe (Another favorite of mine) and had breakfast. By the time I walked back, my service was complete. And by service, I mean Transmission and converter flush. Dropping the Transmission to change the filter. The whole nine yards. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with there service. So if you need Tansmission work, you know where to go.

Very helpful, to me while I was rebuilding my valve body. Should have just took it to them to begin with.
Took my 99 Durango in expecting major issues. Turned out to be a TV adjustment, and now shifts perfectly. Rick was very professional and hones . The staff was great. Won't take my cars anywhere else for transmission issues.
