Super friendly, not pushy at all to buy a car! I went to look at a Honda crv but ended up falling in love with a jeep liberty and got a great deal on it! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Thank you so much for my new vehicle!

Jorge Campos helped my friend buy his first car, today. What an awesome job! He provided details about cars he was interested in, suggested certain cars that fit in his price range, and was VERY patient as my friend weighed his options. Rolando was great. We wanted a larger SUV, but weren’t particular about make and model. Rolando was patient while we drove every SUV on several lots. He gassed-up cars and provided a lot of no-pressure help. We finally picked the car we liked, agreed on a price, and were headed home 30 minutes later. It was a great car buying experience. I didn’t have a car due to a different situation but I explained the situation. Rolando found us a truck fast. We didn’t stay there for hours and hours. He got us amazing deals we couldn’t pass up! Everything one there was amazing. They worked with what we had and then some! Definitely will be going back in the future! Even said if we have any questions or issues to bring the truck back and go from there. Really recommend! Great service, great personality and great business! Ask for Rolando. He was great, won’t let you down!

My wife and I applied for and were approved for a loan to purchase a car. After 2 other attempts with very little help from other lots we came to Universal Auto Sales. I knew what I was looking for and I was approached by Jorge within about a minute of walking onto the lot.nHe showed me my perfect car and I took it for a drive and fell in love. Jorge walked us through the paper work and made it seem so easy.
